Important Changes to How We Communicate

We hope you had a great Christmas and New Year celebrations with family and friends.

Our team is coming back to work, refreshed and excited about the year ahead. We are starting the year by rolling out some important improvements to our services. Our top priority is to deliver better customer service, all the time, every time.

Starting on the 15th January 2018, we are trialing a new “meeting by appointment only” policy. It simply means  that you will have to book a time in advance in order to talk face to face to your client manager at Strategic SMSF Solutions. Most clients already do that, so this not a big change.

How does this benefit you?

This small change to the way we communicate will allow us to extend our working hours in order to accommodate more clients. For example, you will be able to book calls after your work, when it is more convenient to you. And that way, you’ll be sure to get to the right person, without waiting time.

For our local Gold Coast clients, it means we will be able to book meetings when and where it is more convenient to you (e.g. at your home or place of business).

We always enjoy catching up with our clients and encourage you to contact us. You will always be able to contact/meet us using these methods;

1. Face to face meeting (by appointment only)

2. Video conference – Google Meet, FaceTime etc (by appointment only)

3. Phone – during working hours

4. Email – anytime you like!

We will be trialing this from 15th January 2018 – 31st March 2018, and should this method prove to be of benefit to our clients we will automatically adopt this system.
